Welcome to Cquity.app. By using this website and client application, you agree to the following terms.

1. Non-Custodial Client Interface

Cquity is a visual client-side interface for Gnosis Safe contracts. We do not manage, control, or hold custody over your digital assets. All transactions are compiled locally and signed by the private keys you control.

2. Assumption of Risk

You are entirely responsible for the security of your private keys and seed phrases. If you lose your keys or seed phrase, Cquity cannot recover them. You accept all risks associated with executing smart contract calls on EVM blockchains (including Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain).

3. No Warranties

This application is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Cquity is not responsible for any losses caused by contract exploit, network congestion, incorrect recipient addresses, or transaction execution failures.

4. Intellectual Property

The Cquity client is open-source. Safe contracts are owned and licensed by Safe Global under the GNU General Public License.
